With your permission and your signed letter of assignment, the CCAGC will negotiate on your behalf. The two labor agreements the CCAGC negotiates are: the Laborers’ District Council of Chicago & Vicinity and the Cement Masons Northern Illinois District Council of the OPCMIA. The Cement Masons’ Agreement includes areas 362, 161 & 638 of Cement Masons Local 11, Cook County Local 502 and DuPage County Local 803.
