Legal experts recommend attendance of this course for any supervisor that may be asked to assess an employee for reasonable suspicion of drug or alcohol abuse. Thorough training can be instrumental in averting legal issues down the road. This training is required by DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations for all persons that dispatch and supervise CDL drivers. Following the class, your supervisors will receive a certificate indicating that they have received training that meets all DOT requirements.
